NH FARMINGTON — Board approves $996,750 water-system bid, backhoe and truck purchases. Northeast Earth Mechanics LLC was selected for the water-improvement project spanning wells 4-R, 5, 6, and 7, with the board clearing $100,000 backhoe negotiations for the Water and Sewer Department and approving two three-quarter-ton truck purchases from Capital Reserve. The board reaffirmed five-year RSA 79-E tax relief for William Murray's 11-unit downtown redevelopment at 538 Main Street and approved new Land Use Assistant and Human Resources Director job descriptions.
