Planning Board · Meeting of September 2, 2026

NH FARMINGTON — Farmington Planning Board unanimously approves Spring Street three-lot subdivision with environmental protections. The Board unanimously approved Ryan Heath's proposal to subdivide a 2.1-acre parcel at 46 Spring Street into three residential lots. The project requires special use permits for work within the Cocheco River's 100-foot waterfront buffer and the 50-foot wetland conservation buffer, which the Conservation Commission supported.

The Board imposed extensive conditions spanning development milestones: wetland delineation verification, combined limit-of-work and wetland inspections, erosion control installation, geotechnical engineering review, utility plan approval, and floodplain compliance with both current and anticipated updated FEMA maps. Conditions apply individually to each lot at time of development.
