NH FARMINGTON — Farmington Planning Board approves Field of Dreams Phase 2 subdivision amid 4-2 waiver split. The four-lot expansion at Chestnut Hill and Dodge Cross Roads requires 2,504 square feet of direct wetland impacts and reinforced concrete pipe culverts to pass 100-year storm events. Chairman Rick Pelkey backed the project's stormwater management improvements, but Vice Chairman Stephen Henry and Member Michael Day opposed waivers allowing irregular, backland lot shapes that could incentivize wetland disturbances.

The Special Use Permit for wetland impacts passed unanimously, while the subdivision approval required easement documents, third-party construction oversight, and residential sprinkler system installation.
