NH FARMINGTON — Planning Board approves Phase 1 of largest subdivision reviewed in recent years. The Field of Dreams at Post Road, LLC development on a 27-acre parcel at the corner of Chestnut Hill Road and Dodge Cross Road was unanimously approved in Phase 1, creating five new lots with a requirement for residential sprinkler systems on each home. Chairman Rick Pelkey led the vote on Phase 1; the waiver for buildable area configuration passed 5-1 with Select Board Member Charlie King dissenting.

The board also approved a two-lot subdivision for Alton Rollinsford LLC at 892 Meaderboro Road and permitted Farmington Ridge and Campbell Resources to begin site work before obtaining state wetland permits; two other applications were continued to September for further staff review.
