NH FARMINGTON — Farmington Board of Selectmen approves audit with material weakness in contractor-debarment verification process. Finance Administrator Kelly Heon disclosed the town did not verify that federal contractors Wright Pierce, GZA, and Underwood Engineers had been checked against federal debarment lists before contract award; none were found debarred. The board unanimously adopted debarment-verification language for future federal contracts flowing down to subcontractors.
The board also voted unanimously to adopt the Credit Card Policy and accept the $4,000 Emergency Management Performance Grant with $2,000 town match.
