Zoning Board Approves Setback Variance for Spring Street Lot

Zoning Board of Adjustment · Meeting of June 4, 2026

NH FARMINGTON — Farmington Zoning Board unanimously approves setback variance for Spring Street residential lot. Applicant Apex Land Solutions, LLC obtained approval from the board to reduce the required front setback from 25 feet to 10 feet on Tax Map U4, Lot 3 in the Suburban Residential district. Chairman John Scruton and Vice Chairman Larry Zampieri noted that the property's steep riverbank and limited depth justified the relief.

The variance approval allows the applicant to construct a 1,080-square-foot ranch-style residence while maintaining compliance with separately-applicable Shoreland and wetland regulations.
