Planning Board approves 70-unit manufactured housing park

Planning Board · Meeting of May 6, 2026

NH FARMINGTON — Farmington Planning Board unanimously approves 70-unit manufactured housing park expansion for Farmington Ridge LLP. The Board backed the subdivision and site plan for Campbell Resources LLC on Tax Map R47, Lot 41-1, clearing 70 new manufactured housing units off Grandview Lane, with Engineer Chris Berry confirming the applicant had addressed all outstanding technical review comments. Abutter Charlene Hill raised traffic concerns about the single Dickie Dame Lane access point, which the applicant acknowledged but noted remained outside the Board's authority to resolve.

The Board set active and substantial development at 50 percent of Phase 1 infrastructure completion and required a $100,000 financial surety for erosion control and site work, with third-party engineering oversight across six site visits per phase.
