The applicant acknowledged prior communication failures but demonstrated improved site management and direct abutter engagement, with offers to install drainage improvements on neighboring properties at no cost.
Tie and Bond's third-party engineer characterized conditions as "night and day" improved from March, and the Code Enforcement Officer's May 20 site visit indicated satisfaction with resolution of the stop work order issues. The Board unanimously approved a Piscataqua grant application for updating the town's wetlands and shoreline zoning.
